Ainger Auction House to Host Major Auctions in Richmond

Ainger Auction House will conduct two significant auctions on Tuesday, 18 March, and Wednesday, 19 March, starting at 10 am each day. The auctions will be held live through Bidsonline.

Viewing days for these auctions are scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, 15 March, from 10 am to 1 pm, and on Monday, 17 March, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Auction Lots

These two interesting auctions will feature items from deceased estates, furniture removalists’ storages, The “Domain” luxury apartments, Gisborne Farm, and numerous consignments from private residences across Melbourne.

Day 1 (Tuesday, 18 March) will include:

  • French, English, Oriental, Retro and Australian furniture spanning the 18th to 21st Century.
  • Cast-iron garden benches, a pair of urns, and decorative contemporary items.
  • Mirrors and floor rugs of various sizes.
  • Light fittings, mantel, and wall clocks.
  • English Coalport and other dinner and tea services.
  • Wrought iron table bases and copper items.

Day 2 (Wednesday, 19 March) will feature:

  • A large offering of Oriental porcelains and jades, along with English and Continental porcelains.
  • Italian and French glassware, as well as English crystal ware.
  • Sterling Silver and English plated ware.
  • Oriental bronze vases, miniatures, and a set of wall appliqué from a Toorak home.
  • Approximately 50 lots of estate and desirable jewellery.
  • Various interesting box lots.

Rodney
