Do you have immediate payment required on any listings?
If yes then they have to pay for each purchase as it is not sold till payment is made.
It’s still there, but very hard to find now.

One of the auto-blocks that sellers can make is that if a buyer with under 10 feedback is not phone verified they are unable to bid or buy from them, I suspect this might be the case for you.

Hi,i think you are suppose to get the inspections done before the auction. but in any real estate contracts make sure you clearly state that any offer once accepted is subject to Building, Pest & Finance.
