There is no state or county tax on auctions in Alabama as far as I know. (I was a dealer for 15+ years).
Some cities adopt an auction fee but that’s usually included in the buyer or sellers fee.

As far as I know the 3 automatic relists was a limited time promotion for new/small sellers to help them get a foot on the selling ladder.
Once you become a Power Seller you are not longer entitled to the subsidies that small sellers enjoy.

Im selling my mac wireless keyboard. The listing was 10 days and ends in 6 hours.
A potential buyer asked me a question so I put batteries in the keyboard and realised that some of the keys dont work.
I’m not sure what to do as ebay wont let me end the listing in under 12 hours of finishing.
