It shows up as “positive feedback” because sellers can only leave positive feedback and the bad remarks from sellers as positive feedback can be removed, i would put the user id on your blocked bidder list, also set your blocks to weed out serial non payers, if you don’t know how just ask and someone will guide you how to do it.
