Yes you can, go to your seller dashboard. You can see the category that the defect was left for, towards the bottom of those categories, in tiny writing, there is a link to run a report. That will tell you what item the defect was left for.

You will definitely get more US views listing on the US site.
If you list on the Aus site, US buyers will see all US first then International sellers posting to USA.
I would list US only and make sure you choose the correct postage options as the site assumes you are sending from USA.
