I think you will find this transaction won’t qualify for the MBG.
No doubt the buyer will be paying on pick up, not using PayPal, hence no MBG.
And the fees are 9.9% but capped at 250.

If the shipping and handling costs on the listing stated that those costs were to the US then you can charge them the actual costs to ship it to them in Australia.
They were listed as 350 and 2 available. That’s the reason for the error.
Perhaps the buyer is picking them up from you or has a relative in NSW picking them up.
If no response, after 4 days you can open an unpaid item case which may spur a response from the buyer, if not close the case 4 days later.
