Yes but only once you send the agreement to cancel and the buyer clicks on agree.
What excuse have they given to cancel?
A lot of buyers lie and want it canceled as they changed their mind or buyers remorse.
A lot of the time it is best to open a non payer dispute 4 days after the sale and then 4 days later close it and then you get the fees refunded and they are blocked from leaving feedback and they get a non payer strike.
You have no idea how many other sellers they have pulled this stunt on.
